Sumner High School hosts Benefit Night Thursday and Friday to support local woman with Transverse Myolitis

Sumner High School’s fifth annual Benefit Night is scheduled for Thursday and Friday at Sumner High School.

This year, the annual talent show fundraiser will benefit Jennifer Nash, an SHS graduate recently diagnosed with Transverse Myolitis, a neurological disorder caused by an inflammation of the spinal cord that in Nash’s case, led to paralysis.

The show is at 7 p.m. both nights at the Sumner Performing Arts Center, 1707 Main Street. Admission is $10 or $8 with an ASB card.
