The unemployment rate is slowly improving and the Pierce County Library System is helping job seekers with the latest Job and Business Center, now open at the Sumner Library.

The Job and Business Center is intended to assist people looking for new job opportunities, are starting or expanding a business, improving work skills and more.

Resources available at the center include computers and space for laptops, online access to business center resources. Users may access the online services from their personal computers 24 hours a day.
