Officers transported him to Sumner where he was released into their care.

Suspended license: Officers traveling on the Sumner-Buckley Highway noticed a vehicle without a license plate driving east bound. The vehicle appeared to have a trip permit in the back window but was altered. Officers contacted the driver, a man, who was unable to provide identification. The passenger told officers it was her vehicle and she was the one who tampered with the trip permit. The man’s Florida driver’s license was suspended and had expired in April 2008. The driver was issued a criminal citation for third-degree driving with a suspended license and an infraction for having no driver’s license with him. The passenger was also issued a criminal citation for altering the trip permit.
