TREE HAZARD: A citizen notified police the afternoon of Oct 15 of a tree branch that was about to fall, due to ongoing winds. An officer responded, agreed that the limb presented a danger and called for a city employee to alleviate the danger. When the city employee arrived, the limb had already fallen.

DISPUTE: Police responded the morning of Oct. 15 to a Florence Street address after hearing of a financial dispute between a contractor and homeowner. Officers first confirmed the confrontation had not turned physical; second, it was determined to be a civil matter, not criminal. The contractor was told of options for received the money he claimed was due.

REUNITED: A runaway arrived at the police station the afternoon of Oct. 14. Her mother was contacted and responded to the station, where the two were reunited.
