Trouble at motel | Enumclaw Police

Police responded the morning of May 14 to a Griffin Avenue location where a complainant alleged someone had not paid for a room.

INJURY ACCIDENT: Officers responded the afternoon of May 15 to the intersection of Griffin Avenue and Garrett Street, the scene of a two-car accident that resulted in injuries.

MOTEL TROUBLE: Police responded the morning of May 14 to a Griffin Avenue location where a complainant alleged someone had not paid for a room. Less than 20 minutes later, police responded to the same location after a complaint of damage done to a motel room.

SHOPLIFTING: Police were told the afternoon of May 14 of a shoplifting incident in progress at a Roosevelt Avenue location. A female was taken into custody on the shoplifting charge; she also was found to be wanted on local warrants for possession of stolen property and theft. She was booked into the city jail.

KENT WARRANT: Police learned May 13 of a subject at Enumclaw Municipal Court who was wanted on an arrest warrant issued by the Kent Police Department. The subject was picked up and transported to meet with Kent authorities.
