US Forest Service sends new Law Enforcement Officer to Enumclaw | U.S. Forest Service

The Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest is proud to welcome Law Enforcement Officer Tyler Smith to the Snoqualmie Ranger District.

The Mt. Baker Snoqualmie National Forest is proud to welcome Law Enforcement Officer Tyler Smith to the Snoqualmie Ranger District.

Officer Smith will primarily serve the HWY 410 corridor of the Snoqualmie Ranger District including Enumclaw, Greenwater, and surrounding communities.

He will work at the Visitor Service Center in Enumclaw. Officer Smith previously spent 5 years on the Siuslaw National Forest in Oregon.

Law enforcement is an integral part of the overall management of National Forests. Law enforcement personnel operate within the Forest Service organization in carrying out the agency’s mission, especially in upholding Federal laws and regulations that protect natural resources, agency employees, and the public.
