VANDALIZED AND DREAMING: Officers were dispatched on Oct. 19 to investigate a broken window at a Bonney Lake department store. While en route, officers were advised the suspect returned to the store to claim responsibility. Officers asked the man why he broke the window, and he responded he felt like he was dreaming and wanted to get inside. The man said he thought about what happened and eventually came back to the store. The man was cited and released.
