The Secretary of Health, Emergency Medical Services and Trauma System program immediately suspended the license of emergency medical technician Zachary Cadiente (EMT.ES.60520619), pending further proceedings.

Charges state Cadiente was a volunteer fire fighter and emergency medical technician at the Ravensdale Fire Department. He is charged in King County Superior Court with third-degree rape of a child, a class C felony sex offense. Cadiente allegedly had sexual intercourse with a minor. He has 20 days to request a hearing to contest the charges and cannot practice as an emergency medical technician until the charges are resolved.
