Warrant of the Week

The Enumclaw Police Department, in cooperation with The Courier-Herald, has begun a “Warrant of the Week” program. This program is designed to capture people who currently have warrants out for their arrest through tips that citizens provide to the Enumclaw police. The arrest warrants have been issued by the Enumclaw Municipal Court. Each week, a photo of a wanted person, along with a brief description of the crime, will be published. Citizens who have information regarding the whereabouts of the wanted person are encouraged to call the Enumclaw Police Department at 360-825-3505. Callers may remain anonymous.

Billy A. Cleland

Billy A. Cleland has three warrants issued for his arrest. He has a $20,000 warrant for failing to appear for a hearing in regard to a charge of domestic violence assault fourth degree. He has two more $20,000 warrants for failing to appear for a hearing in regard to violation of a no-contact order. Clelend was arrested in 2006 for domestic violence assault fourth degree after he assaulted his girlfriend. As a result of those assault charges, a no-contact order was issued. On two different occasions he was charged with violating that no-contact order.

Cleland is 5 feet, 6 inches and 155 pounds with brown eyes and brown hair. He has been known to reside in Bonney Lake and Enumclaw. Anyone knowing the whereabouts of Billy A. Cleland is asked to call the Enumclaw Police Department at 360-825-3505. Callers may remain anonymous.
