Washington Healthplanfinder’s mobile enrollment | King County

The Washington Healthplanfinder’s mobile enrollment tour will be making two stops in King County within the next week.

The Washington Healthplanfinder’s mobile enrollment tour will be making two stops in King County within the next week to sign up local residents with health coverage – this Saturday, November 9 in Kent and on Tuesday, November 12 at the University of Washington’s Seattle campus.

At each event, trained enrollment experts from local lead organization Public Health – Seattle & King County and their community partners will be available to help people without health insurance understand the new health plans and financial help that is now available. Please come to these events – and please help us get the word out that they are happening so that people of King County can take advantage of the opportunity to get answers and get covered.

Special Highlights:

  • The event in Kent (Nov. 9) will feature remarks from Washington Health Benefit Exchange CEO Richard Onizuka, State Senator Karen Keiser, King County Councilmember Julia Patterson, and Public Health – Seattle & King County’s Director and Health Officer David Fleming. Speakers will be available to answer questions at the event.
  • The event at the University of Washington (Nov. 12) will feature special guest Chris Walla from Death Cab for Cutie, who will share his personal enrollment experience through Washington Healthplanfinder.
