Watch your mailbox for Special Election ballots | King County Elections

Ballots were mailed out to many Washingtonians this week. Enumclaw residents only have one measure that concerns them; Enumclaw Fire Department’s/Fire District #28’s levy lid lift measure. Mail these ballots back or drop them off by April 26. Read more about the ballots and other voting information here.

Former Hornet starring on Linfield track

Top Hornet athlete Olivia Bannerot is still a top dog at Linfield College, when she was recently named he Northwest Conference Women’s Field Student-Athlete of the Week. The honor came after Bannerot registered the second-highest heptathlon point total (4,479) in Linfield history while placing second at a meet at Westmont College in Santa Barbara, Calif. WR’s Kendall Bird on all-state squad

White River basketball star Kendall Bird was a first-team selection in the Associated Press’ list of all-state boys and girls basketball teams. Hornet Darian Gore also received an honorable mention. The honors came after a season where Bird averaged 19 points in 24 games and received a MVP honors for SPSL 2A. Read more about Bird’s and Gore’s growing list of achievements here.
