Woman arrested for vehicular assault | Enumclaw Police Blotter

VEHICULAR ASSAULT: Police responded at 11:24 p.m. Aug. 12 to Railroad Street and Griffin Avenue and a report of a vehicle vs. pedestrian accident. They found a male victim in the roadway with a back injury. The female driver was taken into custody for vehicular assault while the man was transported to St. Elizabeth Hospital.

SUSPICIOUS: At 6 a.m. Aug. 12 a custodian found a door to the Enumclaw High School commons propped open. Candy was thrown onto the floor but there were signs of damage or theft.

TEENS, MOMS: An Aug. 12 dispute between juveniles escalated to the point where mothers were arguing. Police responded to the Stevenson Avenue incident and advised everyone involved to remain away from the others.

MONEY ISSUE: Organizers of the Creation festival called police the morning of Aug. 11, reporting a possible theft of money generated through sales. Contact was made with all parties and the complainant was to make further inquiries and follow up with police.
