Blythe “Billie” Philley of Enumlaw died Aug. 20, 2019, at the age of 91.

She was born Feb. 19, 1928, in Southgate, California, to Perry D. Herrin and Lillian Sparrow. She and her late husband, Bill Philley, shared a love of western swing music and raising thoroughbred racehorses.

She is survived by three stepchildren, 15 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and two great-great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her daughter Dawn Schweikl and stepson Bill Philley Jr.

A private burial took place at Zillah City Cemetery.
