A pair of second-half goals gave the Bonney Lake Panthers the victory they needed to advance to the state Class 3A soccer championship game.

Bonney Lake High defeated Prairie High 2-0 Friday to advance to the title round. The Panthers will play Seattle Prep at 2 p.m. Saturday at Harry Lang Stadium in Lakewood.

Friday’s victory, also in Lakewood, was highlighted by goals from Savannah Moorehouse and Alicia Bowman, plus the shutout goalkeeping of Rendi Johnson.
