The Bonney Lake Panthers boys soccer team took third in the district tournament Saturday at Highline Memorial Stadium.

The Panthers next enter the first round of state hosting Ingraham Tuesday.

The game was played after the press deadline.

The results will be posted online at the Courier-Herald’s website, blscourierherald.com, following the game.

The winner will advance to the next round.

Bonney Lake lost 5-3 to Columbia River in the first round of districts.

The Panthers went on to beat Shelton 3-0 to advance to the state tournament.

Austin Hendrick, Joey Mack and Dalton Ogdon scored a goal each in the win.
