Enumclaw tennis kept rolling with a 5-0 nonleague victory over Timberline Thursday and a 4-1 league victory over Sumner April 20.

Enumclaw tennis kept rolling with a 5-0 nonleague victory over Timberline Thursday and a 4-1 league victory over Sumner April 20.

Coach Rick Carel said Alex Putman has been pulling her weight at singles. She easily won both her matches.

The EHS doubles team are also playing well. All three easily winning their matches.

Enumclaw High’s lacrosse team improved to 11-3 overall with a Thursday night victory over the visiting Sumner Spartans. The nonleague contest saw the Hornets jump on top early and coast to a 17-10 win. Success is nothing new to the the Enumclaw crew that captured a Class 2A/1A state title a season ago.
