Aug. 14th through Sunday the 18th brought the NHRA Lucas Oil Drag Racing Series to the Northwest and Pacific Raceways.

The race was a double header beginning with the Division 6 race and finishing with the Regional. One of the 46 cars that competed in the Top Dragster class was Enumclaw’s Staci Nowak in her ’99 Mullis dragster powered by a Chevrolet 598 CI engine.
