Enumclaw cross country runner Eric Hamel placed 12th with a time of 16:50.79 in the West Central District 3A boys meet Saturday, Nov. 1, at American Lake Golf Course in Lakewood.

Hamel with advance to the state meet Nov.8 at Sun Willows Golf Course in Pasco.
