Triathletes preparing for the Sept. 5 Bonney Lake Chamber of Commerce Labor of Love Triathlon can attend a free seminar Aug. 22 at Allan Yorke Park, 7265 West Tapps Hwy. E. in Bonney Lake.

The Labor of Love Triathlon is Sept. 5 at Allan Yorke Park.

The race begins at 8 a.m.

Athletes will have the opportunity to enjoy either a Sprint or an Olympic distance race. Sprinters will swim 50.3 miles, bike 12.3 miles and run 3.1 miles. Olympic distance triathletes will swim 0.93 miles, bike 20.8 miles and run 6.2 miles.
