Six-year-old Getrdonegotrdid won for the 13th time when the Kentucky-bred gelding by Hero's Tribute-Way It Should Be, by Stalwart, took the $5,000 Thoroughbred Sprint Series Stakes (2nd division) at Grande Prairie on July 21. The 2008 sale graduate has earned $61,354.

Stakes winner and Grade 1-placed Right to Vote, a four-year-old gelding by Political Force out of Washington-bred stakes winner and 1991 WTBOA weanling What a Knight, by Tough Knight, ran third in the $50,000 Don Bernhardt Stakes run at Ellis Park on July 20. The half-brother to unbeaten Grade 2 winner What a Song has earned $239,364 in 13 starts.

Afflication became the third winner from the first three foals out of 2002 summer sale graduate and $142,372 stakes winner Swingn’ Notes – a daughter of French Deputy out of Washington champion Timely View – when the son of Tiznow won a 1 1/16-mile maiden claiming race at Del Mar by 3 1/4 lengths on July 25. His three-year-old half-sister Hard Note, by Hard Spun, had broken her maiden at Parx Racing in June.

Two-year-old Holiday Babe, a Kentucky-bred daughter of Harlan’s Holiday, won the $50,596 Princess Margaret Stakes by 2 1/4 lengths at Northland Park on July 27. She the second stakes horse produced out of Blinx Babe, a 1998 WTBOA Summer Sale RNA. The daughter of Wild Again, and her stakes-winning dam Little Bar Fly, by Raise a Man, were both bred by Northwest Farms. Little Bar Fly also produced stakes winners Baby Barfly, St. Helens Shadow and Barfighter for Jerre Paxton’s Yakima-based farm.

Four-year-old Youtheprizeandi, who took the 2011 Northwest Stallion Knights Choice Stakes over Royal Moses and Sweet Saga, won a $12,500 claiming race at Del Mar on July 29. The daughter of You and I, who was bred by Dunn Bar Ranch LLC, races for Jethorse LLC and is trained by Tim McCanna, improved her record to 3-2-2 from ten starts and has earned $58,000. Her stakes-winning dam, Misty Knight, by Tough Knight, was a 1995 WTBOA Winter Sale yearling.
