Practices are slated for the same time as elementary tracksters and the cost is $75 for middle schoolers and $100 for high school students. The middle and high school athletes will be instructed by coaches from both high schools and former collegiate athletes.

Participants have the opportunity to be coached in sprints, distance running, hurdles, jumps and throwing events. They will work on techniques, fundamentals, strength training and conditioning.
