Washington Horse Racing Commission grants advance deposit wagering license to 123Gaming

At its monthly meeting Friday, the Washington Horse Racing Commission granted an advance deposit wagering license (ADW) to 123Gaming to operate 123bet.com.

At its monthly meeting Friday, the Washington Horse Racing Commission granted an advance deposit wagering license (ADW) to 123Gaming to operate 123bet.com.

The ADW license means Washington residents can play the popular 123 Racing Pick 6 online, beginning immediately with the $2,000 guaranteed pool offered this Saturday and Sunday on opening weekend at Emerald Downs.

123bet.com becomes the fourth advance deposit wagering company licensed in the state of Washington, joining TVG, Twinspires and XpressBet. It also is the only ADW to offer the 123 racing wager.

“The 123racing Pick 6 has been popular in its first two years on-site,” said Emerald Downs Vice President of Marketing Sophia McKee. “This is the natural next step to offer it to customers that want to play the wager from home.

Offered on the last six races every live racing day, 123racing Pick 6 is a contest determined on the distribution of payouts of the Win, Place and Show pari-mutuel pools. Winners are determined by largest aggregate payouts over six races. Tickets are sold in denominations of $2.00 and include a special nickname for each player, who can then easily follow along on mobile or TV leader boards updated after each race in the sequence.

Washington residents can sign up at 123bet.com. New Washington accounts will receive a $50 credit to try America’s most exciting wager.
