AUGUST 16: It was a relatively quiet day, with police responding to an animal complaint on Rose Place and a noise complaint in the vicinity of Ryan Road and Division Street. Four calls for medical aid were received and transferred.

AUGUST 15: Officers responded at 3:21 p.m. to an automobile collision at 112th Street East and Mundy Loss Road; injuries were reported. That night, Buckley police responded to Orting to assist with a suicide threat. Other calls on the day included an alleged assault at Rainier School and a suspicious person at a highway location.

AUGUST 14: The department handled a missing person report, heard of several suspicious vehicles in town and conducted 13 traffic stops.
