Harold was inducted into the Enumclaw High School Hall of Fame in 2004.

A funeral service will be held August 17 in Upland, California with burial in Spokane, Washington on August 25 c/o Hennessey Funeral Home, Spokane.

Robert E. Derby died August 11, 2017 in the home, after a long illness

He was born May 4, 1943, in Buckley to Glen and Bernice Derby. He graduated from White River High School and attended Green River Community College in Auburn. After working for the Department of Natural Resources he joined the Army during the Vietnam War. Robert retired from the health care profession. He enjoyed hydroplanes, model railroading, NASCAR, and old classic movies.

He is survived by Pam, his wife of 25 years and his sister and brother-in-law, Doris and Alan Maris. He was preceded in death by his sister Gwen Beck.
