EHS WRESTLING: Another tourney test for Hornets

With 11 wrestlers in the finals and nine winning titles, the Enumclaw High boys wrestling team picked up its second-straight tournament victory Saturday night at Rogers High in Puyallup.

With 11 wrestlers in the finals and nine winning titles, the Enumclaw High boys wrestling team picked up its second-straight tournament victory Saturday night at Rogers High in Puyallup.

Saturday night, EHS crowns came from Garrett Jaroz, 103, Tyke Reid, 112, Hunter File, 135, Lucas Somera, 140, Marcus Nicholas, 145, Josh Musick, 152, Kario Wallin, 160, Colton Malek, 189, and T.J. Cormier, 215.

EHS girls: Logann Erskine won the 160-pound girls title Saturday at the Rogers holiday tournament. Teammate Kassandra Renfrow was second at 152 pounds and Jade Paterson earned a third-place finish at 171-pounds and over.

The girls placed third.
