The Sumner boys hoops pulled a split at the 2A subdistrict tournament and will move on the West Central District III tournament.

Sumner will play Bremerton at 7:45 p.m. Wednesday at Lakes High in a loser-out game.

Sumner lost its first game Feb. 6 to Renton 57-52 at Foster High.

The Spartans came back to win 59-47 over Steilacoom Saturday at Lakes High.

Leading the numbers for Sumner was Keenan Jackson with 21 and Riley Bruil with 11.

Austin Ford hit eight.
