DISORDERLY CONDUCT
• At 12:51 a.m. Sept. 30, police arrived at the Diamond Lounge to investigate a disturbance. A 25-year-old male was arguing with officers in the parking lot after being asked to leave the property by an employee, but returning twice. The man reportedly was involved in two physical altercations in different locations during the night. After refusing to leave again, he was arrested and booked into the Buckley jail for trespassing, disorderly conduct and obstructing.
STOLEN VEHICLE FOUND
• On Sept. 27 police recovered a stolen vehicle from the Safeway parking lot. The officer on patrol noticed the vehicle parked unusually at 2:12 a.m. and ran a records check, which listed the vehicle as potentially stolen. The owner was contacted and stated the vehicle was stolen in Tacoma in August.
MAKING FALSE STATEMENT
• On Sept. 30, police responded to a report of verbal domestic dispute on South Island Drive. A 22-year-old male was reportedly arguing with his 21-year-old girlfriend. The couple confirmed the report and the girlfriend provided a false identity. Police discovered she was in violation of a protection order, which protects the 22-year-old. They admitted to lying to prevent her from being arrested for violation. Both were placed under arrest for making a false statement and the 21-year-old was also arrested for violating a protection order.
ASSAULT
• On Sept 25, police responded to a call of a disturbance in progress on 193rd St. E. Officers approached a 23-year-old female in the driveway of the residence who appeared highly intoxicated. She admitted to fighting with a 19-year-old female at the residence. The 19-year-old stated she punched her alleged assailant and her attacker pulled her hair. Police observed where hair was pulled from the side of her head.
THEFT
• On Sept. 30, police responded to a report of theft in progress at Home Depot. Puyallup dispatch advised a subject attempted to steal a vacuum cleaner and fled the store and a store employee retrieved the merchandise. Police located the suspect, a 45-year-old male, who was walking near Rite Aid. He admitted to stealing the vacuum and was charged with theft and booked into the Buckley Jail.

DOMESTIC DISTURBANCE
• On Sept. 22, officers responded to a domestic disturbance in the 1100 block of Ryan Avenue. A neighbor originally reported the incident and witnesses reported seeing a female attack a male subject. The male suffered minor injuries apparently as a result of the assault. The female was booked into the Buckley jail on domestic violence charges. It was discovered that the male victim had a warrant for his arrest and was later released to a neighboring police agency.
BRANDISHING OF FIREARM
• On Sept. 21, a subject reported that an acquaintance threatened him with a gun in the 5900 block of Parker Road. The suspect stood outside the victim’s residence, lifted his shirt displaying a gun and told the victim to come outside. The victim said he felt threatened by the gun and believed that the subject meant to shoot and possibly kill him.
FIGHT
• On Sept. 14, officers were dispatched to a fight in progress between two males and a female in the 5600 block of Parker Road. Officers arrived in the area and located three subjects matching the description provided by the complainant. The subjects were asked what the fight was about; all said they were just play fighting. One subject provided a false name. He later admitted to providing his brother’s name. A records check on the subject revealed he had multiple arrest warrants and was the respondent in a no-contact order in which the female of the group was the protected person.
STOLEN VEHICLE
• On Sept. 25, an officer responded to the 5600 block of 162nd Avenue East for a report of a stolen vehicle. The victim’s daughter said that the keys were left on the front seat and that the vehicle was most likely not locked. The victims also reported that a TV was taken from their travel trailer which was also unlocked. The officer dusted for fingerprints, but no usable prints were located.
