Advocates of initiative to submit remaining signatures

Advocates for Initiative 594, which if passed will expand criminal background checks to all firearm sales, will present additional signatures at 2 p.m. today, Jan. 2 a the Secretary of State’s Annex Office, 520 Union Ave.

Sponsors will be joined by some of the volunteers who helped gather thousands of signatures, in communities across the state.
