Matthew K. Lewis died June 27, 2015, at the age of 40.
He was born June 5, 1975, in Port Angeles, Wash.
He is survived by fiancée Taunia; son Caleb; daughter Mikayla; mother Sharon; and brothers Rob and Dave. He was preceded in death by his father, Bob Lewis.
A celebration of life is planned for 5:30 p.m. June 25 at the Orting Eagles Hall, 112 Bridge St. S. In his honor, the family would like attendees to wear Seahawks apparel to the celebration.
