Archbishop visits Sacred Heart

Archbishop J. Peter Sartain celebrated Confirmation at Sacred Heart Parish in Enumclaw April 30, then visited the local parish cemetery to consecrate new ground for Christian burials.
The Holy Family Cemetery at Krain has been in use for more than 100 years with the oldest grave marker bearing a date of 1891.
Recent expansion and renovation of the cemetery has been made possible by a bequest from the Sally Richter family. Sartain was appointed Archbishop of Seattle in 2010 by Pope Benedict XVI.
