Below are the preliminary results for the King County August 2019 primaries, updated Aug. 8 at 3:41 p.m.

The next ballot count is expected for today, Aug. 9, at 4 p.m.

King County Prop. 1: Parks, Recreation, Trails and Open Space Levy

– Approved: 69.46 percent

– Rejected: 30.54 percent

Enumclaw Fire Department Commissioner Position No. 3

– Paul Fisher: 40.12 percent

– Brian Sierzega: 14.77 percent

– Eric Heintzinger: 39.24 percent

– Joseph Wicklander: 4.98 percent

– Write in: 0.89 percent
