Local David Hauge and his carving partner, Pumpkin Pup Lucy, recently finished carving a 500+ pound pumpkin into a cow at Olson’s Means and Smokehouse, located outside Enumclaw’s city limits.

The carving took him nearly 5 hours to complete. Those who visit the pumpkin by Friday, Nov. 1, have a chance to win a $50 gift card.

Hauge will be carving another 600-pound pumpkin for the city of Enumclaw, which is expected to be on display at City Hall come Tuesday, Oct. 29.
