King County Sheriff’s detectives have identified a vehicle related to the investigation of the hit-and-run death last month of 53-year-old Maple Valley resident Greg Moore.

Moore, a husband and father, was struck and killed July 18 during a morning run.

Surveillance images, headlight fragments and other evidence has lead investigators to construct the following profile of the vehicle: A gray 2001 to 2006 (or similar model year) Toyota Camry with headlight and / or hood damage.

That car is a “vehicle of interest” in the collision, according to a Sheriff’s Office informational release.

Investigators believe the Camry may have been traveling with another vehicle around 6:15 a.m. in or around the 22700 block of SE 216th Way.

Anyone with information or tips relevant to the investigation can call the Sheriff’s Office non-emergency number at 206-296-3311. The case number is C21022337.

Anonymous tips can be shared with Crime Stoppers of Puget Sound using P3Tips.com or the P3 Tips mobile application.
