Both teams were scheduled to open District 2/3 play Tuesday afternoon, EHS as the No. 2 seed into districts (vs. No. 7 Olympic) and White River as No. 4 (vs. No. 5 Steilacoom). Opening-round victories would bring semifinal games on Saturday; a Tuesday loss would mean playing again today (Wednesday) in a loser-out round.
