White River High’s Vivian Kingston participated in last weekend’s “senior all-state” basketball games, helping her Class 3A squad to a victory over a team of 4A standouts.

Kingston registered a double-double in the hoop showcase, pouring in 10 points while sharing team-high honors with 11 rebounds. She was perfect on five attempts from two-point range.

The Class 3A group earned a 100-76 victory, playing at King’s High School in Seattle.

Kingston was a first team, all-league selection during the recently-concluded winter season. She joined the elite 1,000-point club during her exemplary White River career.

In other all-state games at King’s High, the 2B all stars thumped the 1B group 104-55 and the Class 1A squad slipped past the 2A team 93-91.
