The Enumclaw Police Department is still following up on leads and suspects after shots were fired at the local Safeway last Saturday night.
According to the EPD, a man arrived at the Safeway around 10 p.m. (exact time was not released) to meet up with a woman, said to be his girlfriend.
The man shot his car four times after he exited; no one was injured. He then got into the passenger seat of the woman’s car and left the scene.
“We are working on a search warrant for the vehicle that was shot to hopefully collect more evidence that could lead to a positive identification of the male,” EPD Chief Floyd said. “The vehicle is registered to a female, so we are following up on that lead as well.”
This is an ongoing story, and more information will be reported
