An Enumclaw-trained fighter is returning to the UFC.
Elisha Ellison, a heavyweight fighter who trains out of Combat Sports and Fitness, will make his first reappearance in the octagon on July 10.
This is his second UFC fight after losing his debut last September.
Nicknamed “Snack Panther,” Ellison currently has a 5-2-0 record and is scheduled to fight Gable Steveson (3-0-0) who has yet to lose in his professional career.
It’s quite a popular event taking place at T-Mobile Arena in Las Vegas as Connor McGregor makes his highly anticipated return to the UFC. But locals will have their eyes on Ellison who no doubt is the underdog in his fight.
Prior to his UFC matches, Ellison previously fought in four events at the Muckleshoot ExciteFight, where he made his professional debut in 2024.
Ellison at Muckleshoot holds a 4-1 record, with his one loss coming on May, 24, 2024.
Ellison was previously a police officer with the Renton Police Department, graduating their academy back in 2020 according to a Renton Police Department Facebook post .
This card will be on Paramount + July 10 with the early prelims beginning at 2 p.m. and the prelims, the round that Ellison is fighting in, beginning at 4 pm.
Ellison, according to the UFC website, is a heavy underdog with odds on him to win his fight at +1100 and Steveson’s odds at -2500.
