On July 24,Pizza officially celebrated the opening of its newest restaurant in Enumclaw with a ribbon cutting ceremony alongside local leaders, Chamber members, neighbors, and community partners, marking the company’s fourteenth location and its continued investment in Washington communities.

For the Enumclaw Chamber of Commerce, Farrelli’s has already demonstrated the kind of community partnership that local businesses value.

“The team at Farrelli’s has shown exactly what kind of business we love to see in Enumclaw,” said Kerry Solmonsen, Executive Director of the Enumclaw Chamber of Commerce. “They didn’t just open their doors, they opened their hearts. They’ve already jumped right in, built relationships, and shown up for us. Farrelli’s has earned a reputation for being more than a business.”

Founded in Lacey in 1995 by John, Margaret, and daughter, Jacque Farrell, Farrelli’s Pizza has grown from a single neighborhood restaurant into one of the Pacific Northwest’s most recognized independent pizza companies. Today, the family-owned company operates fourteen restaurants across Western Washington and has earned national recognition for its food, hospitality, workplace culture, and commitment to the communities it serves.

While the company has grown over the past three decades, Founder John Farrell says its purpose has remained unchanged.

“Our mission is to use our business system to create vibrant working families that nourish neighborhoods. The vibrant working family loves one another, cares for one another, connects with the community, and nourishes the neighborhood,”Farrell said during the ceremony. “You come to us when you need to raise some money. You come to us when you’re hungry. You come to us when you’re sad. You come to us when you’re happy. By golly, we’ll take good care of you. We’re so grateful for the wonderful support you’ve already given us, and we couldn’t be happier to be part of the Enumclaw community.”

The new restaurant features Farrelli’s signature menu of artisan pizzas, fresh salads, appetizers, sandwiches, pasta, desserts, and a full beverage program featuring Northwest craft beers, wines, and handcrafted cocktails. Guests can enjoy dine-in service, takeout, online ordering.

Many of the company’s leaders began their careers in entry level restaurant positions before advancing into management and executive leadership roles, reflecting Farrelli’s belief that restaurants can positively influence life trajectories through meaningful work and personal growth. The new Enumclaw restaurant has hired over 60 local team members to date.
