DRIVING WHILE LICENSE SUSPENDED
• A 24-year-old male was driving a vehicle with a defective license plate along the 21600 block of state Route 410 on June 24 when police stopped the vehicle at 11:17 p.m. A records check revealed the man had a suspended license and two misdemeanor warrants. The man was taken into custody and released to a Federal Way police officer.
THEFT FROM
MOTOR VEHICLE
• A 24-year-old male reported the theft of his four-wheeler June 24. Police responded and were told by the man his quad was stolen from the bed of his pickup truck, which had been parked in his driveway. The reporting party stated other items were taken from inside the pickup. The quad is valued at $5,000 and other items taken, including a GPS device, are valued at a total of $3,600.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE/ASSAULT
• Officers responded to a residence on 91st Street East for a report of a domestic violence assault in progress at 11:25 a.m. Police discovered a 45-year-old woman was physically fighting with her 25-year-old daughter. The mother was arrested for domestic violence assault and booked into the Buckley Jail.
DRUG POSSESSION
• A 28-year-old male was stopped at 11:04 p.m. on Sky Island Drive following a license check, which revealed the registration expired. While speaking with the driver, the officer noticed five white pills in the front center console of the vehicle. The pills were Acetaminophen-Oxycodone Hydrochloride, a controlled substance. The man was arrested for unlawful possession of a controlled substance. A search of the car resulted in the discovery of 66 pills inside an unmarked pill bottle. The man was booked into Buckley Jail.
BURGLARY
• On June 22 at 8:04 a.m., an officer was dispatched to a business at 183rd Avenue Court East regarding an overnight burglary. The business owner stated he arrived at work and found the front door lock removed. He stated someone entered and stole $150 in cash.
FAILURE TO TRANSFER TITLE
• A 28-year-old female was pulled over following a license plate check on June 22 at approximately 7:47 p.m. The vechicle was listed as sold on April 24, but the title had not been transferred to the new owner. The driver’s license was suspended and a small amount of marijuana was located in the vehicle. The woman was cited and released.

ROBBERY
• Officers investigated a strong-armed robbery in which the victim was pushed to the ground causing minor injuries and had his backpack taken.
FIREARM
• Officers and detectives investigated a brandishing of a firearm. Three subjects, all younger than 21, were in possession of a firearm and brandished it toward one of the subject’s ex-girlfriends and friends. The subjects were arrested for illegal possession of a firearm.
COUNTERFEIT
• Officers investigated a case involving the passing of a counterfeit $20 bill. Officers were able to contact the subjects that passed the bill. The subjects stated they were unaware the bill was counterfeit.
THEFT
• Officers investigated the theft of $7,000 worth of logs from a business. The suspects entered the property and loaded the logs onto two trucks. Officers were able to stop the trucks and arrest the subjects.
JUVENILES ARRESTED
• Officers arrested two juveniles for possession of alcohol and possession of marijuana, less than 40 grams. The juveniles were contacted regarding a theft and an assault of another juvenile.
