Free job fair for those with developmental disabilities

Job seekers and students with disabilities can attend a free conference called “Tools 4 Success” to help prepare them for their job searches and employment.

The half-day employment and technology conference will be held March 23 from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Tacoma Community College.

Sponsored by the Pierce County Human Services Department’s Developmental Disabilities division and community organizations, the conference also is open to career counselors, employment specialists, parents and agency case managers.

A $20 registration fee is required for professionals and parents.
