Shoplifting | Bonney Lake Police Blotter

Officers responded to a female shoplifting suspect in custody. She was seen pushing a full cart of merchandise out of a SR 410 store without paying. She admitted to store employees that she had stolen the items.

All subjects in the police blotter are presumed innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.

Shoplifting: Officers responded to a female shoplifting suspect in custody. She was seen pushing a full cart of merchandise out of a SR 410 store without paying. She admitted to store employees that she had stolen the items. When the officers arrived on the scene, through a records check found the suspect had outstanding warrants in Bonney Lake, Enumclaw and Pierce County. She was transported to the Pierce County jail where she was advised on her warrants and released.

Vandalism: Officers responded to a report of a male and female fighting outside around 11 p.m. When officers arrived at the scene the subjects had gone into the backyard where they admitted to officers they were fine now. The female was told officers she was going to go home and “cool off.” Roughly an hour later, officers returned to the scene where the female subject had been smashing vehicle windows belonging to the male. He did not want her charged or arrested. Officers released her and gave her a trespass notification.

Domestic Dispute: Officers responded to a call around 5:30 p.m. of a domestic dispute between a juvenile and his mother. When officers arrived, they contacted the juvenile first and he stated he was unhappy with his mother because she wouldn’t let him hang out with friends. She agreed with the story and they both stated their was no physical violence between the two. The mother attempted to contact her son’s probation officer to report the argument.
