Stolen tires: Officers were dispatched to a theft complaint on June 15. The reporting party told officers she parked her vehicle at a park and ride to go to work on the bus. When she returned from work and entered her car, she found the car would not move. After exiting the car, she discovered both passenger tires missing and a jack wedged under her car.
