Chinook and Cayuse passes remain closed for Memorial Day weekend | Department of Transportation

As we head into Memorial Day weekend, the Department of Transportation wanted to remind everyone all that Chinook and Cayuse passes won’t reopen to traffic until June 11, 2018, due to spring snow conditions and a construction project in Mount Rainier National Park.

However, some roads within the Mount Rainier National Park boundaries are open to the public. Check their website for more information.
