Athletic training featured at new Black Diamond business

Offering personalized instruction for both adults and young athletes, Rainier Athletics has opened for business in Black Diamond.

The staff aims to help with speed and agility and provides instruction in baseball and fastpitch softball (hitting, pitching and fielding). There’s also a daytime fitness class for adults and daytime physical education classes for homeschool students.

The training staff includes junior Olympians and former minor league baseball players.
