Dec. 5
– Officers were dispatched to a hit and run report on Jefferson Avenue and SR 410 around 7:03 a.m. The reporting party said he hit a truck, but the truck driver took off before he could get a license plate number or description of the driver.
Dec. 7
– Police were called to Division Street for a vehicle prowl report around 7:57 p.m. The victim said a rock was thrown through his vehicle window and a purse was stolen; the suspect later attempted to use a bank card, but the purchase was declined.
Dec. 8
– Officers provided a courtesy ride to a female on SR 410 to an Auburn shelter around 5:398 p.m.
Dec. 9
– Police were dispatched to a residential alarm on E Van Dam Place around 4:11 p.m. When officers arrived, the front door was open; there were no vehicle sin the driveway, and once backup arrived, police found no subjects in the home, including the owner. There was no sign of forced entry.
BLACK DIAMOND
Dec. 6
– Officers were notified of a subject wanted for resisting arrest in Black Diamond being released from the Issaquah jail on unrelated charges around 7:24 a.m. The subject was re-arrested and booked.
– Police were dispatched to 216th Avenue SE around 12:52 p.m. regarding a report of a child locked inside a running vehicle. The owner of the car told officers their husband was coming with a key; police remained on-scene until the car was unlocked.
Dec. 7
– Officers were dispatched to 234th Avenue SE around 7:41 p.m. to a report of found packages that were believed to be stolen. Police determined no crime was committed.
Dec. 8
– Police were told of a stolen vehicles location on 3rd Avenue around 12:11 p.m. Officers were able to contact the Spanaway owner about their car’s location.
Dec. 9
– Officers assisted the Enumclaw police checking the Alpine Place area for subjects around 4:03 a.m.
– Police responded to a dog bite report on Juniper Avenue SE around 4:40 p.m. The case was referred to King County Animal Control.
