Anthony “Tony” Francis Garfold Jr.,

Anthony “Tony” Francis Garfold Jr., age 52, of Enumclaw passed away Sunday, December 21, 2025.

He was a veteran of The United States Navy and has been a dedicated employee working in landscaping since the early 1990’s. Tony loved nature and helped his mother plant and grow beautiful roses and other flora on her farm. He loved birds of all kinds and even the wild turkeys that reside on the farm would chase him as he would ride his e-bike out of the property, on his way to work. Tony had a big smile, kind heart and his presence would light up any room.

Tony was a wonderful son, father, uncle, cousin, friend and neighbor who loved celebrations, holidays, family gatherings and peaceful times in nature.

He is survived by his mother Barbara Dresser Savitsky, his father Anthony Garfold Sr. and his wife Joy; his two sons Nathan Kurtz, Joshua Garfold and their mother Diana Kurtz; his sister Angelina Garfold and stepbrother Paul Savitsky; step sisters Kathy Savitsky Robinson & Susan Davis and numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

Funeral services will be held at 9:00 AM Friday, January 16, 2026 at Sacred Heart Catholic Church (Rosary at 8:15 AM), officiated by Fr. Jim Northrop. Military funeral will be held at the Tahoma National Cemetery on Tuesday, January 20, 2026 at 2:30pm.
