High winds expected on the Plateau Tuesday night

Experts say the storm could reach 60, even 70 mph.

The red area represents where retailers can operate, and the black where marijuana producers and processors could set up. The dark green are places like schools and playgrounds (mandatory 1,000 foot barrier). The light green areas are mostly open space like Lake Sawyer Park and the Black Diamond Open Space, but also playgrounds and the community center.
