Some of the biggest lies in this country’s history have been told by Democrats.

In recent history, one of those lies was Barack Obama telling everybody that the health insurance premiums will go down about $2500 a year for families. Another lie floated by Democrats is that they would secure the border if only Republicans would join them in passing a massive federal immigration law. Donald Trump proved that to be a lie within a month of taking office. Another lie is that the more we pay the government in taxes, the better the weather will get and we will be saved from doom. Anyone with a half a brain knows that to be a lie that lacks any sense.

The latest lie being floated by Democrats is that the terrorist group known as Antifa is not real, it’s just an idea. In his column about his observations of the protest in Enumclaw, Richard Elfers continued that lie (“Observations from the “No Kings” demonstration,” published Oct. 22). Richard deflected from the truth and tried bringing it back to WW2 while completely ignoring the modern day so-called anti-fascist. He even implied that Pam Bondi was labeling dead patriots as anti-democratic.

I didn’t realize the windows in businesses being broken, police cars being lit on fire, buildings being burned and people being beat down in the street was being perpetrated by ideas.

He said he watched YouTube videos of anti American protests across the country and declared they were all peaceful. Hey Richard, when you’re on YouTube, how about you search antifa violence? You will find hundreds of videos of antifa engaging in political violence. Go to the sites of your fellow news media personalities. Brandi Kruse, Andy Ngo, Jonathan Choe and Cam Higby. They’ve all been attacked by Antifa members. Were they imagining that Richard? In Texas, the ICE agents and illegal immigrants that were shot by Antifa snipers, were they imaging that?

Now Richard, how can you tell if it’s antifa? They are dressed in black, they are all covering their face, they congregate in groups, they are usually white and very oddly, many of them are convicted sex offenders. They communicate with each other on social media sites. They are well funded by leftist billionaires.

Maybe Richard was experiencing a mental health crisis when he wrote this dishonest load of crap. After all, in true Jussy Smolette delusional fashion, he had a fear that a MAGA supporting killer would gun down or drive over the angry leftists protestors. How terrifying. Come on Richard, everyone knows political violence is coming from the left. Richard, you can go back to your lilly white neighborhood and put your head in the sand. Or you can go down an Antifa violence rabbit hole on you tube and educate yourself about rising left wing violence. Better yet, go to Portland with a camera and cover Antifa and see what happens to you. Lies get people killed, Richard. I’m relieved Trump is President and he will go after these fascist thugs.
