After the first day of Sumner’s Rhubarb Days closes down at 5 p.m., you may want to stick around Reuben A. Knoblauch Heritage Park. The Diamond Experience, a Neil Diamond tribute band, will continue the Music Off Main concert series at 6:30 p.m.
