One-stop shop of services supports Enumclaw’s small businesses

From bookkeeping and accounting to organization and marketing, find it all at AIM Inc.

Danni Fischer understands the myriad tasks involved in running a successful small business – not only is she a business owner herself, she’s worked with others across a variety of industries.

Today, along with a talented team of 10, she’s putting that knowledge and experience to work for the small businesses of Enumclaw. AIM Inc. offers comprehensive small business solutions ranging from bookkeeping and accounting to operations management services and marketing support.

In short, all those things you must do to operate your business, but that take you away from the things you do best.

“The vision is to be a one-stop shop for all your small business needs, whether you’re starting out, you’re looking to grow, or you simply want more time to do the work you love,” says Fischer, whose personal passion is in operations – organization, policies and other logistical supports.

Fischer grew up in the Plateau area and after time in Seattle and back east, she was thrilled to return home and put down roots in Enumclaw.

“My dad worked at the local hospital for more than 40 years so it’s a community that’s really special to me. When I moved back in 2019, I found really strong connections,” she says.

She brings a passion for small business and in particular building relationships with others in her community.

“We’re really looking forward to working with people who want to support and grow their business and who want to create solid relationships in their community,” she says.

Delivering a personalized approach to business

Focusing largely on businesses with employees within a 15-mile radius of her Griffin Avenue office, Fischer and the AIM team offer a personalized approach.

“We will come to you,” she says, noting that those who prefer online connections will find those offered too. “Our goal is to be really accessible, in whatever way makes sense for you.”

Building relationships is also key.

“I really want to focus on empowering women in leadership roles – not only women-owned businesses but also women in leadership within our community,” says Fischer, who looks forward to connecting with local leaders and entrepreneurs in the Enumclaw Chamber of Commerce, as well as other community-oriented organizations in the area.
